When the Austin Board of REALTORS decided to build a new headquarters, their “go to” contractor was White Construction Company. STG Design provided plans for a 33,000 square-foot office building with two floors of office/event space and a three-level parking structure. The building includes three auditoriums, several conference rooms, a computer lab and sound studio. Virtual classroom technology enhances training and offers opportunities for connecting with long distance events. Members are able to enjoy the hospitality of a coffee bar, cafe, member lounge and outdoor terrace. The hillside structure offers stunning canyon views.
