The original project for this maximum security facility included 266,000 square feet housing 750 inmates in a combination of site-constructed and pre-engineered structures with pre-cast architectural elements consisting of four detention buildings, administration building, and maintenance building. The 98,000 square-foot expansion added precast concrete cell modules for 250 inmates without disrupting existing operations.
