This 170,000 sf tenant improvement project was completed within the shell building White Construction Company built for Brandywine Realty Trust at their Four Points Centre office campus development. Brandywine’s new tenant Sailpoint Technologies Inc. operates its headquarters office in the 4-story office building. Interior designs are innovative, and finishes are high-end. Technology and security are extensive.
