Not only did they meet the challenge to manage the plethora of details, but also, they had the insights to provide needed solutions and clear-sighted perception of the construction process, which comes with experience and expertise. My praise comes because they exceeded my high standards. I relied on them, and they delivered--pre-construction services, through follow-up with design-build coordination, effective contract buy-outs, timely on-going project administration, and competitve change order pricing for the Owner's added scope of work. This project required flexibility and schedule diligence, which the White Construction team was always there to make it happen. They had the unwaivering commitment to provide whatever was needed even when asked to do so at the last minute. Whole Foods received both good value and price with a stalwart performance.
