This three-story office building will service as the headquarters for the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). This 33,836sf composite structural steel building will sit atop pier, grade beam, and slab-on-grade foundations. The exterior façade is a combination of stucco, stone, metal cladding, and curtainwall. The interior finish-out includes high-end finishes of stone tile flooring, custom carpentry, wood paneling, and architectural casework with granite countertops. The main lobby stair will be constructed as the highlight of the space; consisting of custom glass and steel work.
