Uptown ATX is a 66-acre master-planned neighborhood that will introduce nearly 7 million square feet of workspace, multi-family, retail, hospitality, and a new Capital Metro Rail Station. One Uptown is the first phase consisting of a 13-story, 341-apartment residential structure, which ties into the adjacent 1,525-vehicle parking garage being built as part of the 14-story Class A office building. The project was designed to meet LEED Silver Certification standards and Austin Energy Green Building One-Star Rating requirements. Project amenities include a pool and pool deck on the 7th floor, terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass, modern conference and fitness centers, car charging stations, storage, common areas, and restrooms.
