Professional Contract Services, Inc. (PCSI), a nonprofit employing over 1,700 people, integrating veterans and other people with disabilities into meaningful, customer-facing jobs with competitive wages and benefits. The organization contracted with White Construction Company to demolish several old buildings on its site and build a 33,853 sf headquarters office building with parking beneath it. WCC assisted Corgan architects in containing costs while maintaining an attractive design and high-quality construction.
