This luxury senior living development project consists of new 110,000 square foot, 3 & 4 story assisted living and memory care facilities. The site is bordered on two sides by City Park Road and FM 2222 amidst high-end neighborhoods in Austin's north-central hills.
The steep limestone site will require a significant amount of cut and fill to preprepare it for construction. The building(s) have a slab on grade concrete foundation. Framing is CMU, structural steel, and structural metal-framed panels with metal roof trusses. Exterior EIFS finishes and standing seam roofs will envelop the structures. The project includes a vehicle traffic bridge across the creek, an exterior courtyard, a swimming pool, walks, retaining walls, and landscaping.
