Tracy Bailey of White Construction Gives Presentation

On July 1, 2014, Tracy Bailey of White Construction spoke at the Mississippi Community College Leadership Academy in Raymond MS held at Hinds Community College. Over 40 executives from 16 community colleges as well as Mississippi State University were in the meeting. The topic was “What leaders need to know about physical plant.” The agenda was for the leaders to gain a better understanding of the issues that must be addressed by college leaders who are responsible for campus operations.
