Tracy Bailey Passes the Ball to Rob Mayo at White Construction Company

Ridgeland, Mississippi – Tracy Bailey, Vice President of Preconstruction, is known by many as the “face” of White Construction Company. He has spearheaded the firm’s business development efforts for years. Tracy’s early background as a high school football coach served him well as he matched talent and skills with WCC clients’ construction needs. He has recently served in leadership positions on both the Florida and Mississippi Economic Development boards, Florida Great Northwest, Madison County Economic Development Authority, and various other community service organizations. Tracy’s retirement will allow him and his wife of 40 years, Susan, to spend more time in service to the non-profits they support.
Effective January 1, 2021, Rob Mayo will move into the role of Relationship Manager. Rob joined WCC in July 2020 with a diverse professional background that has resulted in a vast network of contacts throughout Mississippi and the Gulf states. Rob will bring Tracy’s same dedication, energy, and sterling ethics to building the region’s economy and facilities. The two have been working together side-by-side to ensure a seamless transition of service to our clients.
