Kyle Loehrer brings over a decade of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition to White Construction. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business, Kyle began his career with one of the nation’s top recruiting firms, where he quickly advanced to lead operations in the Austin and San Antonio markets. He later transitioned into corporate leadership, managing large-scale recruiting teams, before finding his way back to a more personal, family-owned environment that aligned with his values.
At White Construction, Kyle is focused on building and strengthening the team to support the company’s continued growth. With a passion for both leadership and hands-on recruiting, he thrives on connecting people with opportunities and helping drive long-term success across the organization.
Originally from Belleville, Texas, Kyle now calls Austin home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, following sports, and listening to country music.
