White Construction provided construction services for the Headliners Club of Austin Renovation, an interior renovation located on the 21st floor of the Procore Tower in downtown Austin, Texas. The project involved comprehensive upgrades within a fully operational, exclusive private club, requiring close coordination in an active high-rise building and dense urban environment.
The scope included selective demolition, architectural finishes, specialty millwork, bar and full kitchen replacement, and MEP modifications to support enhanced hospitality functions. Work was executed with careful attention to access restrictions, material logistics, and building operations, while maintaining safety and schedule control in a vertical construction setting.
