This transformative 34,637 sf project in East Central Austin revitalized a neglected warehouse complex into modern shell buildings across three distinct sites:
White Construction’s Preconstruction Team worked closely with the owner to refine plans, ensuring alignment with the project’s budget and proformas. The existing buildings were demolished down to their foundations, with one structure completely removed, preparing the site for extensive foundation rework and the next phase of construction.
The new buildings feature structural steel frames with slabs on metal decking. Their exteriors will combine metal panels, wood siding, stucco, and steel storefront windows, with roofing made of both metal and TPO. This project represents a major revitalization effort, blending modern architecture with the neighborhood’s distinctive character.
