52 Ten is a six-story mixed-use apartment community on North Lamar, set where the North Loop neighborhood meets one of Austin’s busiest corridors. The 396,501-square-foot building offers 237 residences, from studios to three-bedroom units, along with ground-floor retail and two levels of below-grade parking with 366 spaces. A brick-clad street level gives way to stucco, terra cotta, and limestone on the residential floors above. Inside, exposed concrete ceilings and cedar-toned white oak accents give the units a warm, modern feel.
The amenities make 52 Ten feel like a destination of its own. Residents can relax in a landscaped second-floor courtyard with a pergola, grills, and hammocks, or head up to the fifth-floor pool deck with cabanas and a fireplace. The building also has a two-level fitness center with a yoga studio, a sound studio, a dog spa and dog park, club rooms, and a sports lounge. Polished concrete floors on the second level make those homes especially pet-friendly. White Construction built the project for an AEGB 3-Star rating.
